Getting Mortgages removed from credit file

Has anyone ever had any luck getting a gw mortgage deleted? Im talking the entire account deleted? I have two mortgages reporting negative, the initial loan servicer and then the bank that bought it from them two years later, they both have me listed with 30,60,90,120 dy lates. One of them hasnt updated since july of 2004 (they sold the loan to the other bank) and the other updated Dec of 2009. Havent owned the house in 3 yrs... sold it and paid the loan off.First is Leader Mortgage, second is US bank home mortgage.

Any ideas ?

No harm in trying.  You will not get a yes or no until you actually try.  So go ahead.

It depends on your reasons offered to them as to why they should delete.

Bank one sold the bad debt, so cant delete anything Bank two has reported.

Bank two now owns the debt, to cant delete anything Bank one has reported.

So I see little chance of getting anything that Bank one reported as derogs deleted.

Bank two has apparently now been paid.  Only shot is a GW letter to Bank two.

What reason would you offer to Bank two to delete proper prior reporting on their part, without incentive that they want you future business?

What can you offer them, other than your need for deletion?  They are a business, absorbed in their needs, not yours.
