There is an acct from capital one thats reporting on my credit report that is not my account. Its reporting on my credit report as late. Never applied for capital one did a few yrs back was declined. Called them they give me a hard-time. Wondering what I should do.

Is Cap One reporting or a CA?

You can file a police report/ID theft affidavit and list this account, send to both the OC and the CRA.
