Si if there is a gain/loss in score on an item you are disputing. Can that be an indication of what your score will be if that item is removed?

Si if there is a gain/loss in score on an item you are disputing. Can that be an indication of what your score will be if that item is removed?
That's what I'm trying to figure out.
