Also I got all 3 of my credit reports and I disputed somethings address and a PO box in never had then also I have something in collections stating that I owe 866.00 from midland funding that was in 2010 says it's open and this account says I disputed but I didn't?

Point loss (or gain) is a temporary side effect of most disputes, and only applies while the dispute is pending.

FICO removes certain OC account information from scoring while a dispute is pending, including scoring of derogs and util.

It will return to normal once the dispute is concluded.

That is why creditors dont want to see pendng disputes during any appplication process.

Let the dust settle.....

Si if there is a gain/loss in score on an item you are disputing. Can that be an indication of what your score will be if that item is removed?

Bank of America: Alaska Air Atmos Summit Visa Infinite
Capital One: Savor WEMC, Venture X Visa Infinite
Chase: Freedom U Visa Signature, CSR Visa Infinite
Citibank: AAdvantage Globe WLMC
Elan/US Bank: Fidelity Visa Signature
Credit Union: Cash Back Visa Signature
FICO 08: Score decrease between 26-41 points after auto payoff (11.01.21) FICO as of 12.24, EX: 816 / EQ: 825 / TU: 818
