HELP!!!! Transunion just reported a thin file-not sure why

Just got an alert on credit karma for my husbands credit that he has a thin file and TU cannot provide a score. This is totally new. He has had an auto loan and have two credit cards open and in good standing, he is an auth user on one of my cards which should be reporting and has two collections. What do we do now?

We just recently disputed and then this happened.

I would not go by what CK tells you.

What did you dispute?

Have you tried to get a FICO score?

It seems to just be TU, which was fine a short time ago. His FICO is 631. 2 credit cards and closed auto loan.

So strange

Not enough history to score. But, my husband has history and has had a score for 10 years and poof, no score. He has 2 cc and recently paid auto loan.

I would just to see what happens.  If you can't then pull a report directly from TU or from annualcreditreport.com if those are still available to use.

Or vice versa.  Pull the report first and see what is on it.
