HIPAA - No verification OR validation

Ok, it has been 35 days now, and there's a CA with 3 accounts on my report, 2 paid, 1 unpaid - all within SoL - and they have neither validated nor verified. Shouldn't the CRA just drop them?

Are these medical?  Only medical collections have to be deleted!

 

What did you do 35 days ago?

Haha! I really didn't explain myself, did I!

 

Yes, medical, and I sent the first HIPAA letter 35 days ago. I would have thought I'd get something on them. One is verified to at least one CRA I think, based on my online report, but I haven't gotten anything in the mail.  

 

 

One sent a bill that said they bought this account from the original creditor and would I like to settle in full for 30%. No other validation.  Do I sent the Alternative Medical DV to that one?
