I had a question about the hipaa process.
I am getting ready to pay the OC in full with a casihers check. The problem is I already got the cashiers check for $92.00 which is the amount on my credit report and the amount the CA is trying to get me to pay. I called my OC today and was told the amount was 92.75.
Do I get another check with the extra .75? If I can't get a refund and redo my check can I just get another cashiers check for .75?
Also, The OC told me I also had an amount from 2007 but that isn't on my CR - Can this process get that added to my report?

Per the Terms and Services on this forum, we are not supposed to talk about that process in any detail...

Hi there.
We can't go into great detail about HIPAA because of legal considerations but if someone wants to answer you via PM that's quite allright.
