have you tried applying for Open Sky, there is no inquiry for that card

If you still haven't rec'd it by now (I got mine in 6 days from the app). I'd seriously considerly closing it.  I mean, you haven't used it so you haven't agreed to teh TOS and there for it shouldn't be on your CR (that's my thinking) unless the deposit is agreement to the TOS (mine was unsecured so I don't know how the secured TOS differ).

I'd try CapOne Secure, Credit One un/secured or Open Sky (I'm not familiar with that card/company) as another poster suggested.

I dont even want to go through all that now. They have my money and closing it will be DOUBLE the headache that applying for it has been. When I get it, I will use it for lunch once a month as I planned and it will serve the purpose of increasing my score. I have NEVER had a CC...too bad my fist experience with one had to suck
