I have a unpaid CO from First Premier and on my report it says this:
Account History:
Charge Off as of Dec 2010, Sep 2007, Aug 2007
Collection as of Dec 2009
90 days past due as of Jul 2007
60 days past due as of Jun 2007
30 days past due as of May 2007
I'm a little confused as how it can be Charged Off three different times.

I was unaware they could keep "updating" the charge off even outside the SOL?
Oh, and I already did write them a PFD letter and am waiting for a response. However, I have read that First Premier won't accept PFD, so I might just end up waiting for it to fall off February 2014.
Yes, the SOL does not have anything to do with the reporting to your CR. It is only factored in as to whether or not you could legally get a judgement against you.
Try going higher up the chain ultimitley they eant to get paid if its out of SOL in your state there is nothing they can do to require u to pay if they knew that maybe pfd say I want to pay what I owe as it is my debt but quite frankly it hurts my credit score to pay it rather then leave it alone. I am willing to Pay in full for a dletion u have nothing to lose
