I've been taking in a whole lot of info for a few weeks on these forums, so first of all, thanks! And second of all, I know a lot of info I'm looking for is on here if I dig. And trust me, I've been digging.
At this point, I figure it's time to put myself out there and get some custom, tailored advice from folks who've been we're I'm at now and are already where I want to be.

This is a mess in itself. To be honest, between charge-offs, and different companies buying the loans back when they were still current, I've lost track of what's what. This is the info on my TU report so there may be some duplicates, or the same loan being reported multiple times as a result of being charged off or transferred. My understanding is that I had 3 loans in the $30k range. I'll just detail exactly how it shows on my report..... in the interest of being thorough..
Keybank, Charged off, $36,122, last activity 6/2012
Keybank, Charged off, $34,315, last activity 6/2012
AES/Keybank, Transferred to recovery, $0 balance, high balance $26,881
AES/Keybank, Transferred to recovery, $0 balance, high balance $26,881
KER/GLHEC, outstanding balance $21,638, current, paying as agreed
AES/Wells Fargo, Account closed due to transfer, $0 balance, high balance $31,578
WE EFS, Charged off, $0 balance, high balance $31,579
WE EFS, Settled Less than full balance, $0 balance, high balance $31,578, settlement amount $15,587
I have some other derogs.... unpaid traffic tickets, past due library books, etc. I'll take care of those eventually. For now I'm tackling the big stuff.
So for those of you with wisdom and experience.... WHERE DO I BEGIN??
