O i just pulled my reports and they all match up. Only thing is the mailing addresses to the agencies are all different in each report. Do i just mail one to each one or?  Also a  GW will bring the account to good standing and stay on record? If they tirn it down and offer a pfd can i put a clause to not delete the account off my CR just leave it in good standing?

The addresses, try a google search and see what you come up with.

It depends on what you are asking for in the GW letter.  If you have one late payment that you want removed, then ask for that.  If they do that, then, yes, the account would be in good standing and remain on your CR.  If you ask for a deletion and the accomodate you, it will be removed.

A PFD is a pay for delete.  Those are normally done for collections, charge offs, etc.

What exactly are you looking to have done, and from the OC or the CA?

Well i have two accounts that i settled with and i hade late payments on. For those i want to send the gw to just delete the lates. If they say no, im willing to pay the remeingn balance so long the lates are removed. I dont want the account deleted if it will look like it was paid every month. For the one that was sold to a CA just a GW since i doubt i can make them the same offer or can I? And the CA would just be a PFD.  I dont want the accounts deleted if i can just leave them there closed in good terms   I dont know if that makes sense lol.   Thanks again guys, just want to finally get this wheel rolling.

Well, emailed bofa's ceo a gw and got a call saying there is nothing they can do :/
