Help with Credit Control LLC

I just got a collection letter from Credit Control LLC out of Maplewood MN.. Does anyone delt with them before? I will send out a PFD this week but I wanted to know if anyone had a email or contact I can use to get the PFD looked at by a human being not just some mailroom person... I haven't heard anything good from other boards regarding PFD's to this CA...

I just ceched my Credit Check Total account to see if Credit Control was listed as the reporting agency and it looks like the only one that has reported this account is HSBC... if I send a PFD to Credit Control and they accept a PFD will they delete the HSBC reporting on the account sice they (credit Control) are not reporting it?
