Hey all goodwill gurus!!! Help and advice with Ally Financial and Comenity Bank Victory Secret accounts. Long story short went thru a long divorce. I didnt have money so I didnt pay my bills. I had a lot of collections/charge offs. I finally got thru divorce paid off almost all collections. ~Now here is where I need help. Ally Financial my auto loan is still open and current. Wife got the vehicle in the divorce but, the loan stayed in my name. I have late pays with them (01/2020, 02/2020***Ouch)when she was not able to make the payments. CB/VS stupid little card I have about 10 late pays with them in 2019, and 2018. The card is still open and it now has a zero balance. ***Does anyone have an email contact or contacts to either one of these companies? Please do not tell me just to Google it. I have and it does not workout well for me. My Google must not be a smart as some of these other Google Search Pages people have on here ; ) Any help would be greatly appreciated. My Experian v2 is 625, Trans v4 is 582 and last is Equifax v5 is 539. My Transunion took a nose dive when Ally stopped reporting and then started again in 05/2020 it went from 625 to below 582 and now has been stuck there for about 45 days. Of course I am trying to buy a house and need another score above 625 again... Any help please please please and thank you.
can try ceoemail.com
I will do that. Thank you.
Try emailing through secured messages. In the card account.
I was able to good Will a single 30 day late from 2018 by messaging comenity through their secures messaging center. I want to say someone else told me they were able to accomplish a goodwill through their Facebook messaging as well. Good luck!
Cbauer68,
Thank you for the response. I have emailed thru the secure messaging several times. I either do not get a response or the response is call the credit bureaus and dispute it. I will keep working on the secure messaging because if the customer service reps would actually read the message. I am asking for some type of goodwill help and I'm not wanting to dispute the items. Thank you again for the response it encourages me to keep sending messages and yes now possibly Facebook Messanger.
Thank you. I have sent secured messages several times over the last couple months with a mixed response of crickets to being told to file a dispute with the credit bureaus. It is clear in my messages I am asking for some kindness and not wanting to dispute anything. Thank you again.
I know this post is over a month old, but I'm having the same issue with contacting Comenity though the secure message center. I've had several back and forth messages, and it's like they don't even read what I'm writing. Everything seems to be a copy and paste reply (if it's even a human and not an automated response system) telling me to dispute with the CRA's. In my last message, I asked them to escalate the request to a supervisor or manager, and I was told to call them at 866-907-5594. I also sent my goodwill request through Facebook messenger since others seem to have success with that. If that doesn't work, I'll try calling.
I got a quick reply through Facebook. They asked that I submit my request in writing to
