Ok folks, i have made a lot of head way getting things cleaned up but I am having trouble with Paramount Recovery Systems.
I have disputed several times to no avail. In the "Statement" section of the report, it says "Your Statement:
Account information disputed by consumer (Meets requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act)."
What should my next step be???
Status: Collection account. $645 past due as of Nov 2013. | Status Details: This account is scheduled to continue on record until Dec 2017. This item was updated from our processing of your dispute in Aug 2013. | |||||||||||||

Is it accurate? If so, don't dispute it, PFD it.
Do you not know what it's for? Send a DV.

I am not certian of what exactly this is...however, I also believe that it is most likely one of many times that I went to the ER for something because I didn't have insurance and couldn't afford to pay for a doctors visit. It is likely a legit debt.
Does anyone know if they accept PFD offers that is not the full amount of the debt shown??? Does it help to enter into a payment plan with them at all?
Thanks!
