Hello! I am trying to get my FICO score up and I have no idea where to start. I contacted LL today to see if they could help. I did sign up for their services, but I'm still in the timeframe I can cancel if I need to. My FICO score is 652. I have 6 Negative Accounts, 1 60 day (from Aug 2009 now current), 1 90 day (from June 2008 now current), 3 30 day (from 2009 and 2010, now current), and 1 Medical in Collections (not paid off). Where do I start? Who do I contact? Should I cancel the LL service?
Can you provide details regarding the medical collection?
What do things look like on the positive side - what revolving accounts do you have, what are the limits and balances, and do you have at least one installment loan (auto loan works)?

In all honesty LL cant do anything for you that you cant do for yourself. With the lates on the now current accounts you would use GW letters to basically ask for forgivness and commutation of those lates.Welcome to My Fico
Here is the GW Letter thread:
++1 ^^^ this.
I have 43 Positive Accounts, many of which are revolving. Of my current/open accounts, I'm using $11,300 of $15,200 limit. Does that help? What do you need to know about the medical collections?
Most important scorewise is your revolving accounts. If the $15200/$11300 is just revolving credit, then your UTI is killing you. Can you list the accounts and balances? Just the open, current accounts.

That will give you the quickest boost for the least amount of money. Any single card over 80% hurts your score quite a bit. Once you get all at less than 80% work on getting all of them at 0% and the Barclay card under 10%. Dump LL ASAP. They can't do anything you can't, but you can do a lot of stuff they CAN'T. Use the money you would have paid them to snowball these cards down.
Thank you! I should be able to do that in the next couple weeks. Also, what is the deal with early exclusion of late payments? I am in current standing with all of my accounts and have been for a few years. What would I need to do to get an early exclusion? Is that what I ask for specifically?
