I'd just do screen shots of what you need help with, but be sure personal info is gone first.

When I screenshot them do I just add them to the comment section? Or where do I send it to?.

I don't know if maybe you can take a snip and then copy and paste it into the reply? Never tried it before.

If you start by listing all of your derogs on your OC accounts and any collections, along with with date of each derog, that would provide enough info for some general recommendations.

When you are replying at the top where it has b, a link image and other images there should be one for inserting an image.
