Hippa process...

Okay, Out of the 4 collections on DH's report (all medical) I have sent pre-hippa to all 4 and have gotten back response as "verified"  from 2 of them.  3 accounts are paid (to the OC) and one is unpaid.  I was really hoping that I would not have to Hippa these people since i live in such a small town, but I no longer give a flip.  After I pay this last one, heck, I'll sue them for Hippa violations if I have to in county court.  I had an issue with one being owed to the facility where I work, but that is paid as well, heven't heard back from the pre-hippa yet.  We have GOT to get DH's score up just a little more for construction loan, and I know removing these med collections would give him a big boost.
