How Long to Wait Before Request CLI?

After a long journey of rebuilding my credit, I was finally approved for the following cards this month:

Walmart - $600

Carnival - $500

Chevron - $350

Shell - $300

Brylane Home - $250

JCP - $200

Best Buy HSBC - $100 (All I can afford with this low limit is a dvd... maybe I can call and sweet talk somebody for an increase!)

My plan is to make sure that all cards report a zero balance. I applied in the same month so that they all age together.  I don't plan on applying for any more credit this year. What is an appropriate amount of time to wait before I request a limit increase? Thanks in advance for all responses! Smiley Happy

Re: How Long to Wait Before Request CLI?

I know with the GEMB accounts you have (jcpenny, walmart) request for cli's is every 4 months.

Re: How Long to Wait Before Request CLI?

As these are all new accounts, I would wait at least 6 months before requesting CLIs.  This will allow you to show a good period of time of responsible use and will allow you to recover most, if not all, of the points you lost for the new accounts.
