How can you tell if a collection account is reporting monthly?

Hello. . Just started my rebuild journey and I have a few questions. . How can you tell if a collection account is reporting every month? I pulled my reports on myfico but I can't tell. Also, if I offer a PFD, could that constitute a reason for the them to start reporting monthly ? Lastly, how can you tell if a charge off is affecting your utilization. ..

Thanks in advance!

I look at last reported date.

+1.

The update of when their last reporting was made will show in your credit report.

As for offering a PFD, it does indicate ability to pay, and thus could affect the degree of renewed collection efforts.

Perhaps a hard pull to check out at least the status of payments and debt on your current accounts, and perhaps renewed reporting to get your attention.

Percent util is easily computed, and thus it should be apparent whether it appears in the numerator and denominator of your calculation.
