How do I determine DOFD and what date does the 7 year clock start ticking?

Trying to figure out what to do with 1 baddie.  I am getting different CO dates from OC and CA..

look in the payment history its the first 30 day delinq that leads to the CO. DOFD sets the clock its 7.5 yrs from this date.

The DoFD from the CA cannot be more recent than the OC.  If it is, that's a case of re-aging and a huge NO NO.

I show the first 30 day late which led to the CO as may of 2008  but Midland shows the account will stay on my record til march 2016.    That appears to be 6 months too long.  I doubt Midland is just going to make that change for me   so how do go about getting that date changed?
