I'm trying to figure out where to put GW reminders in my calendar. Does anyone have any suggestions on this? For each CA, should I be sending an email + letter + fax as a bundle, then waiting a month before retrying?

Or do an email, wait a month, then a letter, wait a month, etc...?

How soon is too son to retry?

Do you change up your GWs every time or just re-send the same one and hope you get a different reader?

It seems like there's a sort of rhythm to this... I just haven't figured it out.

Wait, this could be a bad idea. What if they start throwing them away or black listing our mail. Lol I just wish they had a little Christmas spirit.
