I recently contacted Portfolio Recovery to settle my accounts but was informed that both my accounts are with a outside law firm Forster and Garbus, LLP. Has anyone delt with them? Do I hire an attorny or just call to make the payment? Should I ask the law firm for a letter of deletion or will it be from Portfolio Recovery? Please assist as I am a bit confused.
