How to find goodwill addresses? Help

Thanks everyone for all of the great information you have given me since I've joined.  I am starting to understand things a bit more and hopefully soon won't have to ask so many questions.

I have written a goodwill letter that I am about to send out but I wanted to know what address(es) to send it out to.  Also any personal contacts and/or email addresses?

Specifically, I have to send out GW letters to:

American Express

Bank of America

Capital One

Chase Bank

First Premier

Does anyone have any information that might help.  Thank you so much.

I would google the headquarters for each credit card company and send the letter in a nice stationery envelope and type the letter in a personal way that touches the person who reads the letter and will try to help you resolve the problem

Quite a few had success by calling Amex. A PO Box address has been tossed around a few times for CapOne. It might be the same one found on your CR.
