How to get PFD with Southwest Credit Systems

So apparently my collection account has been sold from Diversified Consultants to Southwest Credit Systems as I just found out today since it showed up on my credit report under this new CA. Has anyone had any experience with Southwest Credit Systems on how to get a PFD with them? Also will they be sending me a letter in the mail about them having the debt now?

Welcome. Never heard about this company or any data points that would help in this matter. Only shot you got is to call and ask what they'll do. The older it is. The easier it is to bargain. Good Luck!
