How to remove late on Auto Loans with Capital One Auto

Has anyone here on this forum had any luck with this company? If so can you give me any pointers?

 

 

Equifax 515 as of 2/25/2016

TransUnion 555 as of 2/25/2016

Experian 512 as of 2/25/2016

I emailed the CEO last friday asking for removal of trade line since I had around 20 lates. DOFD was 11/09. Rep called me Wednesday saying they should have an answer today. Will update.
