My transunion is 616, Equifax 620 and Experian last checked is 598 recieved from LO. I have a target card with a 3200 limit with a balance of 2668. I just paided 230 on this card.

In addition, I have four collection accounts 3 with zero balance and two are beening deleted per collection agency and letter. The one that wll remain has a balance of 331 placed on my account on 07/08. My question is what can I do ASAP to recieve these much needed 4 points to get to 620 in order to buy a home?  I also have a 30 day late that Capital One has agreed to delete will this help? The 30 day late occurred in 02-08. The capital One card has a zero balance as well. In addition, I have a bealles card with a 4 dollar balance credit line of 600.. I'm welcome to any suggestion, I know I need to decrease my UTI on the target card which I have been working on. My credit like use to be 5000 nd everytime I pay it down my credit line decreases without warning so I've went from 4200 on a credit line of 5000 to 2600. When I payed it down to under 3000 they decreased it to 3200 so this really hurt me score because it was showing I had use nearly all my UTI with this card.

1) Pay down CC - Decrease UTI

2) GW Valid Lates

3) DV Collections with CMRRR

4) See if you can get a CLI to decrease overall UTI(Risk a hard inquiry from lender)

Continue to request the remaining collection accounts be deleted.  If the collection that has a balance in withing the SOL then request a PFD but be prepared to PIF.  Who are the remaining collections? You may get a couple of points when your report updates next month and you are one more month out from your most recent late payments

Have you searched on this site to see if others have had good luck with PFD or GW's with them?

If you need just 4 points I would get the utilization down- i wouldn't mess with anything else- (unless a mortgage lenders reccommends it as condition of approval) disputes can sometimes backfire and make an old bad account show recent activity.

It sounds like they are balance chasing though so even if utilization is lowered the creditor will bring it right back up
