Even though they say they do not do communication by email. They are making business decision to close acct and remove TL and notify credit bureau's..

FYI you would not file a complaint with the CFPB when using the TX DV they have no authority to enforce it and the laws for DV in other states is different from the Texas Finance Code law. You would file complaint with the TX AG. Had the CA put up a fight it would not have resulted in the deletion.
