Is anyone else seeing trouble with Eq removing or correcting things through disputes?

I was so ready to blame my bank for refusing to remove data. Eq so far has made 2 more attempts at removing a tradeline and it's still there. They said it's gone! Nope still there. So they sent me an electronic PDF credit report to show me. Yep on the credit report. Can't wait to see what they say tomorrow.....again.

Just wondering if anyone is seeing problems with Eq too lately?

Yessssssssss.  I am in Texas, so I have to dispute through CSC.  They are not very easy to work with.  I just keep on tryin.  Smiley Happy

Eq is saying my account in dispute does not exist.

A little more pushing... I ask look harder. "I'm sorry Pizza, this account is no longer on your credit file."

Keep looking I ask. Oh yes, I see it now the CSR says but the account number you disputed does not match the account number on your credit file. Please read the disputed account number. "Oh yes, I see that you disputed this account number already and it was not disputed correctly. Ok we are going to re-dispute it again.

(I'm feeling a script reading here)

NO please get a supervisor... Ok went through the same stuff over again.

==> I gather that they figure the dispute just got messed up and if they redispute it the next person will correctly process it.

I pushed a little further since this is like 20+ disputes already The next dispute just faxed in was worded a bit differently. If this goes unresolved past this last dispute I will require assistance from FCRA. 11 months is too long to wait for Eq to get their act together.

yep!  AFNI is deleting an account they couldn't validate and it's gone from all except EQ.

this is a drag because i am particularly lazy and don't feel like calling them.

however, there is close to a 50 point diff between EQ and the other two
