Is it an instant score jump when using ideal utilization?

I recently paid off all but one account, which I left under the 9% mark. They are due to post to the bureaus tomorrow, and I'm wondering if it is an instant jump or does it take time to increase the scores, if at all? We are coming down from many cards being over the 50% mark, and an over all UTI of about 20-30%.

Thanks guys!

My experience is the scores went up as each lender reported.

It was instant for me as well. As each cc reports, your score should go up.

I concur, my scores jumped 25+ by staying below 15%. It does work, now I am interested in seeing what happens when I add another card to the mix.

Thanks guys... I'm still waiting for them to update, they seem to be taking forever.  Has anyone ever had scores not move or even decrease with paying uti down?
