Is this reporting correctly?

This doesn't seem right to me.  They appear to be saying that we still owe the full balance and have a monthly payment of $205. This was a 2nd mortgage on our foreclosed house and the loan was forgiven by BoFA.

I tried to dispute the way this is reporting but they just came back and said they verified the account was ours. Um, yes, I realize the account is ours. I did not dispute ownership. I disputed the numbers being reported!

Any suggestions on what to do now? Can I dispute the same thing multiple times?

I've gotten everything negative off my husband's report that I could. The only thing left is the two mortgages involved in the foreclosure. I'd like if they would at least report accurately. I imagine when time comes to apply for a new mortgage, this one showing a balance and a sheduled payment won't go over well. :/

TIA

Re: Is this reporting correctly?

If there is no balance owed, then this is reporting incorrectly.  Try a direct dispute with BOA.  I wouldn't dispute with the CRA.

Re: Is this reporting correctly?

Thanks. I just wanted confirmation that I wasn't reading things wrong and it truly is reporting incorrectly. BoFA forgave the balance so it should be $0!
