I have a $17,000 judgement reporting on my EQ that doesn't belong to me. I have a dispute pending. The same judgement was reporting on my TU, I called, spoke to rep to start dispute. When the rep initiate dispute, it was immediately removed. When it is removed from my EQ, will I see a significant increase in my score? Given the high dollar amount of the judgement, I'm hoping for a large jump in score.
Gotcha! But judgement weigh heavily on the score? Moreso than a small collection? Or is there no difference?
A judgment is a PR and a PR overshadows the whole report. If it gets deleted and you have no further PRs reporting then you get rebucketed into the group of people that has no PRs on file, with a collection you would not see a full increase in score that you would most likely see if your report was clean.
