Hello, I recently got my EOS CCA collection PFD accepted. With that being said I have Portfolio recovery, LVNV and diversified consultants left, I know it may seem like a lot but I had 7 earlier this year. My credit went from 490s to 616 as of now thats my Fico 8, I was wondering how to tackle these none are within 2-3 years of being deleted due to length of time and I am looking to get a mortgage soon so any advice would be beneficial.
Portfolio Recovery - 800 dollars, Planning on trying to settle for 50-60% I know those guys will delete it which is great
LVNV - 153 DOllars for a fingerhut account - They continue to say the company does not even have the option for deletion, Is it worth paying a company that says they have experience getting LVNV to delete?
Diversified consultants: They seem to give a pretty hard time, From everything I read it seems a few people have successfully gotten a PFD but majority were not eligible. Is there a trick to this or just constantly calling and being persistent?
If LVNV and Diversified do not accept a PFD should I bother paying?
+1 to this post. May and then right them a later asking for GW removal. I did this same thing and they removed it.

Hi, can you tell me who you were able to get your collection PFD with EOS? I have a recent collection and in the midst of building a come that's almost complete. Closing should be within 30days. I called EOS but they told me no PFD. The collection is $1,086
Hi and welcome
I am assuming that "building a come" is a typo, and you're talking about building a home
If that's the case, do not dispute or do anything prior to talking to your lender
Sometimes PFD requests are erroneously treated as disputes and that's the last thing you want, especially if it comes back as verified
Have you gotten any instructions from the lender on what to do with this collection?
yes, it was a typo. I notified him about the collection mins. after he had the approval from the underwriter. He is the one that suggested to contact the CA for PFD. He wasn't concrned about the collection, the issuse is the hit to my credit score. He does not want to pull my CR again because they will have to go with new scores that will now be much lower and knock me out of approval for conventional loan.(UW received the allert about credit update and asked for repull).
After CA said they wont PFD he was suggesting to add my mother onto the loan with me that way my credit report wont have to be repulled. He thinks paying down her cc balance will get her score to at least 620 but can't guarentee that the loan will get approved.
I am not wanting to go that route but I will if I must....I am just trying to figure out how to not involve my mom and get my score back to what it was before the collection appeared.
