Letter in the mail need help ....

Okay thanks I will be sending out today with CMRRR just only the typed up letter asking to validate it. Thanks again. It doesn't show any account number what so ever so hopefully they can not validate it so I can get it took off my report or so.

Your CR doesn't show an account #?  Where did you pull it from?

Is the TL in dispute?

Does it show the OC or anything?

ETA:  If they do have a collections in your name, then your name should suffice in them finding it.

Yeah they have it as nationwide credit inc. Its from directv as the oc I have disputed it through equifax tu and experian with no avail.

I had two creditors reporting that when I called, they didn't either know my name or SS number. I immediately disputed, and won both cases. I wouldn't give them any info that they don't already have.
