I spoke to the account manager and she asked me few questions and I told her this sounds like a case of identify theft because I do no recollect any information she provided. She recalled this account from their subisidary CA?? She agreed to have the account closed in their system, and to send deletion notification to the credit bereaus. She will be mailing the deletion letter and faxng per my request!
charlene24: once again...thank you for the wonderful idea of emailing the CEOs. It saves a few bucks from sending a certified DV mail and quicker response!
