Midland Deleted!!

I sent a letter to Midland with copies of the FTC ruling, they sent letter back requesting immediate payment. Any suggestions? The OC date is 08/2006 Midland is reporting 08/2007 which is the accurate date?

08/2006 is that the DoFD? date closed? open? more info is need to give a correct answer.

Removal of the Midland tradeline would be somewhere no later than 05/14. How many days late was the account before it was charged-off??

Does anyone know if old WAshington Mutual (now Chase )/Providian cards fall under any of these companies? I paid midland last month for an acct opened in 2006 through Washington Mutual, I'd love to get it deleted.
