Re: Midland Garnished with no notification

Some courts also only allow you to revisit the case if it's within a certain time frame of you becoming knowledgeable about it.

California, if there is a court date personal service, and they have to sue you where YOU live. I would get a free consult in your area.

Re: Midland Garnished with no notification

*UPDATE*
So I went out on a limb and emailed Midland. Basically I told them that a few years ago they improperly garnished my wages without notification on a debt I had no knowledge of. I said to please apply a portion of the improperly garnished wages to the new collection that they just started reporting and send me a refund for the remaining portion (yeah right lol). Low and behold, I received a letter from midland stating that they gave closed the account, I am no longer responsible for the debt (hope this means they won't sell), and they are deleting the trade line. Checked my reports and they have already deleted!
