Congrats on your rebuild! You've made awesome progress. Do you know where your score was when you added Care Credit?
MrsCHX, I feel like we are partners in credit building. It's been great to follow your journey. Can't wait for you to see that treasured 700+. If I could get my student loan lates from years back scrubbed off I'd be right there with you, or maybe the pesky CMRE bogus medical collection. Still biding my time over here, but so happy for you on your progress.

Care Credit was added in March on the same day as J.Crew and CC pulled TU I think?? So probably around 620.

Congrats to you too! It sure is a marathon, isn't it? Sheesh.

Truly. And I'm learning to have the patience of one, while my mind is that of a sprinter. It sure isn't easy!
UPDATE: I had a goal to hit $50,000 in credit lines by mid year and I've reached that as of today! I know for some people it's arbitrary and they don't see the 'need' for it but as a rebuilder I am quite amazed! 18 months ago I had a $700 Merrick card!!
I've closed 2 Comenity cards this month. Kohl's and Merrick are on the chopping block for later this year.
Other expectations for this year:
Auto refinance in March or April
3x CLI on AMEX BCE in April (which would bring me to $6000) and then hopefully one more CLI 6 months later. I don't foresee going to $18k but we'll see!
I'd like to hit $10k on Walmart and Amazon this year (currently $6000 and $5000)
I expect to hit at least $5-6k on Marvel. I think my TU will be ~720 soon.
GARDEN! I have to let all these inquiries age off.
That is great! I just recently hit over $50k myself so I know that feeling
Congrats to you!!
April update:
I did close my Kohls card last month.
I paid off my last collection, boosting my EQ from 625 to 680.
I then refinanced my car from 17.99% to 3.74% (DCU uses EQ04 I think, which was 657)
I also added a Discover IT for $6,000. I did a BT on it so I expect it'll be a little while before that one starts to grow.
Also, my EX hit 700!
