Can someone please help me! I received a letter from National Arbitration Forum in regards to Applied Bank Credit card. I disputed this account with the OC because it was a fraudulent account. I don't know what to do now. The OC said that did an investigation and stated that it was my account. I don't know who used my information and I made a police report . It list the steps to complete and has sample letters.
Fill out a ID theft affidavit and send copies of everything with the sample letter or one similar to the CRA, creditor, etc.
Once you send all the required documents to the CRA, they konw there are certain procedures that they must follow. Read the FCRA regarding ID theft.
