Do you have to specifically ask them to do a PFD or will they do that automatically?

I would call them over the phone. I sent a PFD letter cetitifed and they didn't respond. When i called and asked they told me they recieved the letter but their company policy was that they didn't respond. You can call and ask about paying in full PFD and they should tell you they will do it.

I have been trying for 2 years to get the $247 removed from my reports, but thanks to you I was able to get them to agree to a deletion.

I mailed them a letter and followed up a week after they received it, they confirmed they received it and agreed over the phone to a PFD.

I hope they follow through the way they did with you.

Thanks to you I was able to get a deletion by paying $508, which was 50% off my original balance.  I will follow up once I get it removed off of my reports.  I appreciate you sharing your efforts.  It's greatly appreciated!
