National Management Recovery Corporation

Does anybody have any experience with this company? I have an unpaid debt sold to them about a month ago, and I have not received any correspondence from them.  Is it best to wait until they contact me, or should I send certified letter requesting debt validation?  Thank you!

Re: National Management Recovery Corporation

It depends on your financial posture. Are you in position to repay the debt? If so I would contact the lender themselves and try to pay them so it reports as paid in your credit. If not then you can try to negotiate payment with the collections agency.

Wait for contact, then send the letter. My two cents.
