Navy Fed CC and CLOC lates

Hey All

I have both a navy fed Cc and CLOC.

Both have 2 lates on them. 1 most recent due to this covid situation and employment.

Anyone have luck in getting those removed?

Is navy very hard to deal with on late removals. Need it done asap

Thanks in Advance.

Re: Navy Fed CC and CLOC lates

Some questions:

Are you back on track?
Have you made the payments?
Have you ever been late with any Navy product before?

Is it only a 30-day late?

Have you made lates on any other CCs?

Has your scores dropped significantly?

Are you able to make payments now--job reinstated.

Last, but not least, and depending on your responses, Send NFCU a SM and explain that you lost your job due to COVID-19 and couldnt make payments.

Lates dont get removed "in a hurry"

It might be harder for you to make the case for COVID-19 difficulties because NFCU had multiple programs members could enroll in.

I would suggest writing a letter, explaining what happened (honesty works) and ask for GW removal.
