Navy Fed While in Chapter 13

We are currently in chapter 13 and looking to get a secured card. I travel for work and some hotels and car rental places require credit card.  I talk with my attorney and she said it was ok as it is a secured card and no risk.  

Disclaimer, I never owed Navy Fed any money so they aren't included in the bankruptcy.

What are the odds of Navy Fed approving a secured credit card and/or secured loan?

I obtained nRewards with an active 13, it even graduated with the 13 active - I doubt you'll have any issues
