Hey everyone
I am new here and to the process of rebuilding my credit. I am read over some threads but feel lost in the mix of it all! I have been slowing increasing my credit by disputing items and making sure cards are paid off every month. Was able to jump up a lot over the past 2 months and even opened 2 new cards and get a CL increase on 3 cards I already had! YAY me. I did BQ in 2012. But still looking for some great input on what else to do. I have a couple ""30 day late"" on my CR and some Hard inquires that I did not know was going to be hard pulls. Also just went throu and AWFUL car buying deal that they sent my application to 10+ lenders and got a ton of denials (not happy AT ALL!)
Can someone please help me on explaining what GOODWILL means? And anything else that you all feel will be helpful to me
Thanks all!!!!
"good will" means getting a lender/creditor to either remove a charge off or late payment from your credit report. (They are NOT legallyl obligated to do this.) This is an excellent thread on how it's done: http://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Rebuilding-Your-Credit/The-Saturation-Technique-Best-GW-adjustment-o...

In order for people to give you helpful advice can you be more specific about cards you have? Also list the credit limit and age for each card. You should also state any derogatories you have.
