Hi,
I have a 30 day late payment on my CR with Orchard Bank that occured 2 1/2 years ago. I've never missed a payment other then this one. I honestly don't remember being late but I wasn't nearly on top of my bills as I am today.
I called (via backdoor#) to see if he can change it to an on time payment, the rep said he would like to help but only obligated to report the last 2 years and there is nothing he can do and was shocked that this showed on my report because of the age.
Can I do anthing about this? I would like to get this removed if possible. Any advice is appreciated.
