A month ago I sent a round of PFD letters for a few recent collections. I got absolutely no response from any of them, much to my dismay. These are fairly small CAs so I would have no idea how to move things up the chain. Collections are for medical bills.
How many times do I try and how often should I be sending out letters? I'm not concerned about them filing suit as I can PIF for all of them, but I don't know at what point I simply pay them off and at least have a paid collection which will then start aging out, or keep blocking calls from them. I'm no longer getting notices in the mail.

Check out the HIPAA Process for medical CAs you can Google it as it can't be discussed on this board.
