PFD didn't work! dispute question ??

Hi I recently paid a
Libary collection of $30 I know it's very low but still when asked for PFD they would not accept so i payed for it in order to still have libary access. How does dispute work? Can I dispute it since its paid? I also have medical bills I am willing to pay but they do not offer PFD.

30$ COLLECTION on your credit report for a library collection? wow, it never seizes to amaze me what some companies will do to damage someones credit.

If they are reporting the status accurately , you cannot dispute the account.

I know it's crazy they told me it doesn't matter the amount they can't delete it, it's sad.
It will remain there until 2016 and the same for my medical bills which are $700 each but those I can understand.

I'd still try a GW letter. Maybe the word delete is bothering them.
