PayPal customer service letter

So on my experian app it shows having a 120+ days late on my synchrony bank/PayPal back from May 2019. I've been sending GW to many people each Monday I hoped of getting it removed. I received the below letter from their customer service. If I'm reading this correctly it says there shouldn't be any missed payment being reported correct? Or am I reading it wrong? 

If it's saying there shouldn't be any missed payment should I try and dispute it with Experian using this letter as proof? I don't want to dispute it and have them refresh the miss payment.

Yes I just checked all three having it being reported as a missed payment. 
Equifax- 150 April 2019

Experian- 150 may 2019

Trans Union- 120 may 2019

 

I know I missed the payment that's why I was trying GW. Just don't know what to think about the letter I received in the mail from them though.

First look at all your real reorts as @GZG posted. If it not there. All's well. If not. Take that letter, make copies, and type a letter as a dispute and send it off to all 3 CRA's. Certified return reciept. See what happens. They say no negs. Give it a shot. No results. File a CFPB complaint. Dispute letter templates are online.

Yeah, all three are showing the lates. I will be sure to make copies of the letter and send them to the big 3 including the certified. Hopefully, the letter is enough to get the negs taken off.

All you need   is for 1   Creditv agency  to remove item,, other 2 will follow up & remove

Will do so all my letters were delivered yesterday so I guess it's time to wait and see what they say. Will keep everyone updated.

unforutnatly the credit bureaus dont talk to each other - if one removes it it does not gaurantee the other two will - i had synchrony grant me a goodwill and removed 6 late payments off my old account but equifax kept one - i sent this exact letter to them and equifax immediately removed the lingering late - @tcolesz12 so yes i would recommend you send this letter to all 3 CBs and tell them that the account should not have any lates according to the creditor (using factual disputing does yield good results when you have definitive proof)
