Please help!! Possible split file???

Ok, a friend has been working on his credit for about four months now, today we pull up his equifax report and EVERYTHING is GONE??? the only thing left is one inquiry, we have been pulling his equifax report almost daily for about 4 months, is this possibly a split file, if so where do we go from here?? thank you for any and all responses.

Sounds like it.

Did he have positive accounts?

Do you have copies of his old reports?

he had 2 positive accounts, about 9 bad ones. do we call equifax to get this fixed, i think he has copies of his report.

Yes, you have to call EQ and be prepared to be on the phone for awhile.

They'll have to merge his files back together.
