Hello,
I have a few negative accounts that I am hindering my personal growth. I just underwent a divorce, and looking to restart my life. A little background I recently graduated college and have my first big girl job. I am looking to purchase a home for my kids and me. My credit is really hindering that right now. My current Fico is 592, I was in the 400s last year so it is definitely an improvement. Now I want to be in the 700s.
These are the very negative accounts I have in the collection and would like to do PFD (about two years old):
RAY AND FLAN owe $627 -
Collection: Midland Credit Management owe $389 it's an Ulta collection
Midland Credit Management owes $2,030 CB/WAYFAIR
Ulta is also showing as a negative on my account although it is sold off.
Navy Federal owes $14,984 any luck on PFD?
I do not have many inquiries since I knew I wouldn't be accepted. I have a Discover card that graduated to unsecured after 2 years, and an unsecured capital one, as well as an installment loan. I keep my balance under 10%.
NFCU will not do PFD but the Midland will delete off the CRA automatically. I know that from personal experience

this, it's their policy to delete when settled

Great advise. CO's wont go anywhere. If you can pay NFCU back. You can get back in. I'll just say get util down to 6%. It will all have to be paid for the best rates with the scores you end up with in a year or so. Lenders like no past debts.
Unfortunately, I cannot pay in full, not any time soon but I'd be willing to pay a percentage of it to get rid of it.
Has NFCU been charged off? If it is a CO. You can see what they'll take to settle the account. Then it will be $0 balance.
