these guys are a real pain to get removed. I sent tons of gw and pfd letters with no success. called them several times and basically got told they dont delete. I finally did a complaint thru my state attorney general office and they removed it with the quickness. good luck with these .

Just thought I'd add my 2 cents here. I had an account with them appear on my CR about a month ago. Never heard of them nor was I ever contacted by them. The account they listed was an account I had but whatever. So I disputed this through EQ and I got a letter in the mail saying they submitted a universal data form and the account would be deleted from my report.  Im not sure if this will help but I guess itws worth a try!
