Aw man sorry to hear that - I heard that they didn't respond so well to another poster here too - I am wondering if they were just getting too many of the same sounding complaints and toughened up their response. I got a copy of their response to someone else and basically passing the blame onto the reporting bureaus saying that they are giving accurate info and that if there is a problem with how it's being reported, talk to the CRA's. I would say no when they ask if you are satisfied. Don't give up though. Disputing that they are incorrectly reporting is in no way frivolous even though I saw them threaten that in their response to the other person I talked to. Sorry buddy! Keep trying. There are other methods too
